The parish of Potter Heigham is 12 miles north east of Norwich in Norfolk, and has a total population of 1,043 people as at the 2011 census.  The entire parish occupies 4.01 square miles and is within the Norfolk Broads.

The parish is part of the Hickling ward of North Norfolk District Council, and the South Smallburgh county division.  The District Councillor is Mr Harry Blathwayt and the County Councillor is Mr Richard Price.

The Potter Heigham Parish Council consists of 11 elected representatives who look after the general running of the parish.  They meet each month to discuss issues and address any concerns parishioners may raise.

This website aims to provide a snapshot of life in in Potter Heigham, as well as keeping the public up to date on the activities of the Parish Council.
